Respect in the Workplace: Workplace Violence and Harassment Training

Respect in the Workplace Course Outline

In Ontario, the Ministry of Labour has seen an increase of more than 100% in workplace harassment complaints since Bill 132: The Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act came into force in September 2016. It is imperative that Ontarians understand, identify, investigate and take action against workplace violence, harassment, and sexual harassment.

This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and address violence and harassment in the workplace.
